Your area of responsibility - Receiving, analysing, and processing of technical support queries regarding the NCP product portfolio
- Supporting clients and distribution partners in the deployment of NCP products
- Remote Support and troubleshooting for client installations
- Cooperation in national and international projects
Your Profile - University graduate or technical training
- Sound knowledge of the operating systems Microsoft Windows XP, 2000, Windows Mobile, as well as Linux and Microsoft Office products
- Practical experience in network technology
- Experience in VPN (IPSec / SSL), Remote Access, PKI
- Excellent spoken and written English
