Using their laptops, PDA's or smart phones, your mobile employees access the company network with the help of remote access VPN clients.

Common VPN clients, however, solely set up a VPN tunnel. They simply assume that the user has already set up an internet connection, which, in fact, is the root of the problem. Different communication media (3G, Wi-Fi, DSL etc.) demand different log-on procedures. Not only does this result in increased training for the user but also does the company have to compile information on connection setup.
