Integrated support for mobile Connect Cards
Integrated graphical user-interface component for all NCP Secure Clients uses Mobile Connect cards, the remote reading of strength, provider and selected radio networks. The installation of delivered management software of maps distributors and the associated call for an additional user interface can be cancelled.
Application and Administration of a Client Configuration (Individual Telephone Book)
Each remote client has its own telephone book, in which all connection parameters are applied. The administrator can specify each parameter field and may store these as necessary against additional changes by the user. That creates configuration freedom for the realization of individual remote-access requirements.
The application, administration and distribution of telephone book entries can optionally be automated through the Secure Enterprise Manager.
For international connection – for example, in the GRIC net, Uunet, or Infonet – the Connection Manager is applicable. For this purpose, a comfortable tool for administration, e.g. the worldwide international iPass telephone book with thousands of POP’s (point of presence). The NCP Secure Client with its integrated dialer is in the position to carry along an international telephone book. Entry updates can be automatically conducted without user intervention.
Automatic Media Recognition
The NCP Secure Client checks each connection establishment that selects available transmission media and automatically chooses one from the given sequence. The manual network selection is naturally given further on.

The network administration is available from the client configuration to the mass rollout, right up to software updates certificate administration and troubleshooting of security policies, the NCP Secure Enterprise Management with all its automation. Modifications and deviations are recognized, registered, and all required activities are automatically completed.

Comfortable domain registration
The users can register comfortably without intricate changes between various user interfaces onto Windows domains – this also applies to UMTS and GPRS. Because, a transmission medium is already selected during the booting phase. After automatic media selection and entry of a PIN (for SIM or certificate), a tunneled connection is created to the company network, where domain registration – likewise automated – can take place.
