NCP Secure Enterprise Server is the central dial-up platform for a company with external terminals and systems. It is the tunnel endpoint for all mobile and stationary teleworkers as well as remote VPN gateways, for example, in subsidiaries. NCP Secure Enterprise Server controls and monitors all VPN connections to and from the central data network.
As a hybrid VPN gateway, the NCP Secure Enterprise Server supports both IPsec and SSL tunnelling. The customer is free to choose with which VPN technology he accesses his local network.

The SSL VPN server module includes all technology necessary for a teleworker to communicate with the central data network via a browser:

Access to web applications or certain IP based applications

web proxy or port forwarding

Transparent access to the central data network

The "Cache Protection" feature ensures when communicating via Internet Explorer, that once a session is closed all data transmitted to a foreign system is automatically deleted. Integrated control automatisms guarantee network security (network access control).

Alternative operation methods for the NCP Secure Enterprise Server:

Pure VPN Gateway in LAN, i.e. behind IP router and firewall (DMZ) in the company headquarter or a subsidiary
Directly on public networks (ISDN / DSL) as network access server (NAS) / router, firewall and VPN-gateway e.g. in a subsidiary.
