Hidden Champion: Secure Commmunications made in germany - made for the world

What are the company’s business areas and how has NCP positioned itself in the market?

Since its foundation in 1986, NCP engineering GmbH is engaged exclusively in the development of remote access software solutions on the basis of a Virtual Private Network (VPN). The focus of the company right from the start was always that of the customer and his requirements.

There are suppliers of VPN solutions which have different core competences. Hence, manufacturers of routers and firewalls simply expanded their functionality and included a VPN Client into their supply scope.
NCP offers a unique product portfolio for all forms of teleworking and branch networking with the claim of "Next Generation Network Access Technology". Our VPN client and server components are at the forefront of technological developments and are used for secure, external data communication in all industry sectors, public authorities and organisation.

Client Info Center - for fast help when service is required

The teleworker receives all required information with only one click in order to increase the effectiveness of the central support.

This new feature is integrated in the NCP Secure Clients. The central user helpdesk can be optimised with the Client Info Center which helps to lower the cost per support case drastically. All log and error messages are displayed clearly in a form which can also be understood by the teleworker.

You can find more information here.

NCP tips and tricks:
Can I save my company logo or a project logo to the Client Monitor and if so, how?

Both Secure Enterprise (Win32/64) as well as the Secure Entry Client (Win32/64) offer the option to save your company logo in a dedicated monitor field.

An additional information field is displayed as standard in the Secure Entry Client monitor. This can be replaced or removed. An HTML file, saved in the local installation directory, is displayed in the web browser after a mouse click on this field. You can find all the information about saving your company or project logo.

The file "Projectlogo.ini“ is saved to the installation directory when installing the Secure Enterprise Client. This file includes, amongst other things, the installation instructions on how to integrate a company or project logo into the Client's user interface.

For more details please refer to your manual.
