Customers who purchase an NCP product receive a license to the current version of the software. An annual maintenance contract is also available for the Enterprise Solution, providing free updates and technical support based on the contract terms.

"Pay-Per-Use"

Be prepared for anything with NCP’s flexible pay-per-use licensing model. Only pay for the licenses you use with monthly usage reports that ensure accurate billing. The "Pay Per Use" model delivers all necessary enterprise licenses, including client, server, management, and tunnel licenses, in whatever quantity is needed. Additionally, comprehensive maintenance contract services, such as product updates and technical support, as stipulated in the contract, are included.

This licensing model is similar to a rental model.

Short-Term Use

This licensing model offers the best of both worlds. Stay ready for any situation by combining perpetual and pay-per-use licensing. Keep track of your licenses and ensure accurate billing with monthly usage reports that are included. Under this licensing model, the customer purchases a fixed number of licenses, including maintenance, and they also receive additional licenses for short-term, higher usage that can be used immediately. This ensures that your company is always prepared to immediately  roll-out multiple remote access licenses when unexpectedly facing an unexpected emergency situation.

Subscription

With the NCP subscription model, customers can enjoy flexible access to the NCP Exclusive Remote Access Solution for the Juniper SRX/vSRX Series or NCP Virtual Secure Enterprise Server. Customers can choose between an annual or multi-year contracts, both of which come with personalized licenses and free updates. Customers have the option to purchase additional support for an additional fee.  The subscriptions are prepaid and offer discounts for larger volumes and multi-year contracts.
