The Challenge
STABILO needed to replace its outdated remote access solution, which no longer met the company's requirements. Limited vendor support also resulted in long response times whenever issues occurred.

STABILO was looking for a modern, stable, and user-friendly VPN solution that would provide secure access to the corporate network from anywhere in the world. Another key requirement was a semi-managed solution with direct network access, combining flexibility with efficient administration.

The Solution
STABILO selected NCP Secure Enterprise VPN because of NCP's responsive, customer-focused support and a solution that offered the right balance of functionality and ease of use. Another key requirement was a semi-managed solution with direct network access, allowing STABILO to combine internal administration with external support where needed. The VPN infrastructure is built on two NCP Secure Enterprise VPN Servers (Gateways) and a High Availability Server, providing the foundation for a stable and reliable remote access environment. NCP Secure Enterprise Management (SEM) enables centralized installation, configuration, rapid rollout, and straightforward client updates. STABILO's own trained administrators manage the Enterprise Management environment, while the VPN gateways are operated and maintained by a certified NCP Silver Partner, ensuring reliable operation and ongoing maintenance.
